Detailed check-in experience in Jingxi
I stayed at Yulong International Hotel Beijing for two consecutive nights to connect with the project in Haidian, Beijing. With the practical needs of business travel in mind, I immersed myself in every facility in the room. After two days of stay, I didn't find any flaws, and every design accurately hit the comfort point of high-frequency business travelers.
When I checked in, the front desk arranged a business landscape room on the 15th floor for me. My first impression when I opened the door was that the space utilization rate was extremely high. There were no redundant clutter piled up in the 38 square meter area, and the entrance flow was designed very reasonably. The entrance area has hidden load-bearing hooks, so I can easily hang my 17 inch computer bag on it without shaking it, without bending over and leaving it on the ground to get dusty. Two pairs of slippers with different thicknesses have been prepared in advance in the embedded shoe cabinet next to it. The thin one is suitable for light walking around the room, while the thick one can be worn to pick up takeout in the hallway. There is even a one-time shoe cleaning cloth thoughtfully prepared, which can make the leather shoes shiny and new just by wiping them before meeting customers.
What surprised me the most was the exclusive office area by the window, with a 1.3-meter-wide thick solid wood desk top treated with anti slip matte finish, which won't slip even when filled with files and two computers. The desktop edge is embedded with 6 different specifications of charging ports, Type-C fast charging USB-A、 The national standard five hole socket is fully equipped, and I can charge my computer, phone, power bank, and noise cancelling headphones without getting into a fight at the same time. The ergonomic chair backrest next to the desk supports 12 levels of angle adjustment. I held a cross-border online conference for three hours without feeling any discomfort in my waist, shoulders, and neck. There is also a movable leather edge table next to it, which is perfect for heating coffee and writing a notebook, so I don't have to worry about spilling documents.
The facilities in the sleeping area are completely beyond expectations, with a 2-meter-wide independent bagged spring bed that makes no noise when turning over and does not wake up roommates. The top layer of high count pure cotton satin bedding feels delicate and skin friendly, without the roughness of cheap bedding. Lying on it for a while can relieve a whole day's fatigue. There are independent intelligent control panels on both sides of the bed, which can control the lighting, curtains, and air conditioning of the entire house without getting up. It also has a one click sleep mode, where all main lights automatically turn off and the curtains slowly close completely when pressed. This is very friendly for people who stay up late to change their plans. The adjustable warm light wall lamp at the bedside makes you want to lie down at night and look at the project information. The light just falls on the page, which will not affect your sleepiness.
The facilities in the bathroom are fully equipped with practicality, with a complete separation of dry and wet areas. The shower area, smart toilet area, and sink are completely separated, so that two people can use them at the same time in the morning without interfering with each other. The top spray and handheld showerhead of the shower are both designed with constant temperature, with large and stable water output. Even if the entire floor is using water at the same time, there will be no sudden changes in temperature. The sealing strip of the glass door is wiped clean without any scale residue. The basin under the sink of the washbasin has been rounded to prevent collision, so it won't hurt if accidentally bumped into. The mirror comes with a circular fill light, which helps customers tidy up their appearance before seeing them. The light is particularly even and won't make their face appear dark.

This time I came to Haidian District, Beijing for business and to visit the old city west, I specifically chose Yulong International Hotel Beijingas my place of stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient for people traveling to the west of the city. It's less than 800 meters on foot from the Zizhuqiao subway station, so you don't have to travel long distances with your luggage. The surrounding area is the core transportation node of the West Third Ring Road, and taking a taxi to Zhongguancun and the Summer Palace is within a 20 minute drive, completely avoiding the most congested sections of Beijing during morning and evening rush hours. It takes only a few minutes to walk to Zizhuyuan Park. In the morning, you can take a walk around the lake, enjoy the breeze of the capital city, and watch the elderly people do morning exercises. You can instantly feel the leisurely atmosphere of old Beijing. The shops along the street downstairs are all over the old Beijing snack bars. You don't have to travel far. You can eat authentic stewed soy sauce and fermented sour milk made from ground mung bean wow gold from Jiaoquan when you turn downstairs.
As soon as you enter the lobby, you can feel the calm and atmospheric texture of the hotel. There is no redundant design with fancy colors, and the warm toned lighting combined with the clean marble floor makes the first impression particularly comfortable. The efficiency of checking in at the front desk is very high. I heard that this is my first time visiting the western part of Beijing, and I even took the initiative to recommend a niche tour route of the Summer Palace to me. I even explained clearly which old Beijing hotpot restaurant has the most authentic hand cut lamb. The room type I live in is spacious and has no sense of being cramped at all. The decoration of the room combines modern comfort with elegant details of the Beijing style. The illustrations of old Beijing hutongs hanging on the walls quietly create an atmosphere unique to the capital city. The soft mattress provides a comfortable sleeping experience. I wandered around the Summer Palace for most of the day and relaxed after lying down for a while at night. The sound insulation in the room was very good, and the traffic noise on the West Third Ring Road was almost completely isolated. I slept soundly for two consecutive nights and woke up naturally.
What surprised me the most was the detailed configuration of the hotel. I drove here by tram, and there are charging stations in the underground parking lot. After parking, you can go upstairs without having to look for charging stations everywhere. The right to free parking also saves a lot of parking fees in the city. The layout of the desk sockets in the room is reasonable, and it is also convenient to handle some temporary work. The hot water comes out quickly and steadily, and after taking a shower, the whole person feels refreshed. When ordering takeout, the robot will directly deliver the food to the door of the room, without having to run downstairs by itself, which is too friendly for people who are tired of shopping.
The experience of breakfast was also far more than expected. The old Beijing fried bean paste and gluten cooked right now, together with local Dim sum such as Jiaoquan and Pea puree cake, can satisfy you in the hotel without getting up early to find the breakfast shop. The gym is open 24 hours a day. When I come back from supper with my friends at night, I can also go for two laps to relieve the fatigue of the whole day. After staying here for three days, I completely understood why many people who come to Haidian for business trips and visit tourist attractions in western Beijing consider this place as their first choice.
